Terms of participation BIGGEXCHANGE

Event registration is exclusively done online. After registration, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. The invoice will be sent by e-mail, too. Only registrants who have paid will be admitted to the event.
The participation fee includes admittance to all events, supplementary documents, catering during breaks, the get-together party, and the evening event.
Travel and hotel accommodation costs are the responsibility of attendees.
All prices quoted are subject to the statutory VAT
Cancellation and changes
Cancellations must be made in writing. No cancellation fee will be assessed by May 31, 2018. After that date, a processing fee of € 50 plus V.A.T. will be assessed. The total participation fee will be invoiced for all cancellations from August 1, 2018.
In the event of a participant’s cancellation, another designee can be substituted. Notification of a substitution must be mailed to email@example.com.
Photo and video consent
All attendees agree to grant aquatherm GmbH permission to use photos and video taken at the event for marketing purposes.
All attendees agree that their contact information can be used by aquatherm for the purpose of sending informational material. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
